orange juice: 350 mg
** 8 oz glass of Healthy Valley Fat-Free Soy Moo soy milk: 400 mg

9) A DEXA bone density scan can be performed to determine your response to calcium intake, estrogen therapy and other medications (e.g. Fosamax, Miacalcin spray etc.).
Avoid Aluminum - containing antacids (e.g. Rolaid) because they cause further loss of calcium form your bones. TUMS is fine.
